ILM and LJMU Development Programme in Coaching and Mentoring Day 1 Online
Session 1 of 4. Please note, participants need to attend all 4 sessions and there is a registration fee of £120 (LJMU staff only).
New online sessions incorporating comfort breaks.
The LJMU Coaching and Mentoring Programme provides an introduction to and understanding of coaching and mentoring, models used in the coaching / mentoring process and the characteristics of the effective coach / mentor.
The programme also gives participants the opportunity to practise coaching and reflect on your skills, gain an awareness of the benefits of coaching and mentoring and understand the next steps.
There are no assignments to complete with this programme. There is an ILM Registration fee.
