DESCRIPTION:“Part of the LJMU LEAD Programme – Leadership Enhancement 
 and Development”\n\nThis induction is mandatory for all new supervisors 
 of research degrees\, and for staff new to LJMU who are intending to 
 supervise doctoral programmes. It will:\n\n\n\n\n	orientate participants to 
 research supervision and support at LJMU\;\n	ensure you are familiar with 
 your responsibilities set out in the Research Degrees Framework\;\n	enable 
 you to plan for supervisory meetings and maintain an accurate progression 
 record\;\n	support you to develop a person-centred approach to 
 supervision.\n
