The event aims to encourage more LJMU staff to apply for Readership/ Professorship and offers participants the chance to; find out more about each of the four conferment pathways, gain insights and pointers from those that have experienced the process and celebrate those whom have recently achieved their Professorship/Readership status.

The event will take place from 1 - 3:30pm, and there will be an opportunity for participants to ask questions and hear from Professors and Readers whom have been through the conferment process themselves.
