Canvas Assignments and Rubrics In-Person
Effective and consistent assessment practice plays an important role in student learning. This course will take you through the recommended methods of creating, deploying and marking an assessed piece of work using Canvas assignments and the Turnitin framework. You will be shown a number of feedback systems, for instance rubrics are an excellent means of ensuring consistency when marking, particularly when this is done as part of a team.
Outcome: By the end of this session you should have at least one assignment and associated rubric created and ready to use, and an understanding of how to provide feedback online.
This training will take place virtually using TEAMS.
