Harvard Referencing: the basics In-Person

What is referencing and why do I have to do it? This interactive webinar will introduce you to what referencing is and why and when you should do it.  It will also show you how to cite sources in your assignments and how to reference a book, a journal article and a webpage in the Harvard LJMU style.

There will be a chance to ask questions throughout.

IMPORTANT: Before this webinar starts, please ensure you are enrolled on the Library Skills Canvas module NCSKI10

The session will be delivered via Zoom and we will email you instructions for accessing and connecting online 30 minutes before the webinar commences.

Data Protection: Please note that on joining this webinar, your first and last name will be displayed on the webinar screen and will, therefore, be visible to other webinar participants. Please be assured that in all cases, viewers will only ever include other LJMU students or staff. If you have any concerns about this, please write to skills@ljmu.ac.uk
