Actus: System Overview and Entering Objectives Online
The university will shortly be introducing a new system to support you in recording and tracking performance and development conversations. The new platform, Actus, will enable you to more easily engage with, and take ownership of, your objectives and development.
Actus is a secure online space where you will be able to access information relating to your work objectives and development; you will be able to track your catch-ups, progress against your objectives, prepare for your appraisal and record development activity.
This short session will provide an overview of the Actus platform and provide guidance on the Objective setting function.
