Managing Hybrid Working - Masterclass In-Person
“Part of the LJMU LEAD Programme – Leadership Enhancement and Development”
This masterclass in hybrid work will be led by Gemma Dale, Senior Lecturer in the Business School. The class will focus on three key areas of management for hybrid work success;
- Wellbeing
- Inclusion
- Performance management
The session will cover relevant research and emerging hybrid good practice, and provide opportunities for discussion about leading and managing in hybrid work environments. Delegates will leave the session with practical hints and tips on managing successful hybrid teams.
