Career Strategies: 12 'Must Stop' Habits that Hold Us Back

Career Strategies: 12 'Must Stop' Habits that Hold Us Back Online

Career progression guidance often focuses on milestones and job changes, but what about the way we operate every day?  Much of our everyday behaviour, thinking and approaches can help us to advance or hold us back.

This workshop will explore how we can be more strategic in our careers by focusing on 12 unhelpful habits that many of us fall into and that we could instead 'flip' and use to propel us towards our goals.

We will explore the beliefs and values that underpin the '12 habits’, how they manifest in the professional setting and crucially how we can challenge our thoughts and behaviours to create new, more helpful ways of interacting with the world.

Reflect on how your autopilot is and isn’t working for you, identify where you can make productive change and start building new, positive habits.
