Liverpool John Moores University is excited to collaborate with the expert management consultancy, MM Creative Solutions, to offer staff the chance to participate in an in-person session titled ‘Courageous Conversations.’ This session will delve into important topics such as race, gender, disability, and sexual orientation. Additionally, an online version of the same session is scheduled for Tuesday, 11 February 2025, from 1 to 2:30pm.

This opportunity is completely FREE and available to LJMU/JMSU staff. However, spaces are limited, so be sure to secure your spot by using the provided registration link. 

Workshop Objectives:
- Enhance racial literacy
- Deepen understanding of intersectionality, power dynamics, and systemic advantages
- Equip participants with skills to engage in challenging discussions about race
- Gain insights on how to foster and support meaningful change
