Validation and Periodic Programme Review Panels In-Person

The university is seeking expressions of interest for the role of chair and panel member for its validation and review panels.  The roles are open to all academic staff and provide a valuable staff development opportunity. 

Panels are responsible on behalf of Academic Board for ensuring that new and existing provision (both internal and collaborative) meets nationally defined standards, complies with internal regulations and policies, and provides appropriate learning opportunities for students/apprentices.  As a member of the panel, you will have the opportunity to learn from and contribute to teaching, learning and assessment discussions with peers in a supportive and collegiate framework.

To see details of panel vacancies, and sign up to sit on a panel, please see our expression of interest form. The form lists all panels with an agreed date taking place in the 2024/25 academic year, and events that’s are due to take place in-person have been indicated on the form.
