Scarcity or Abundance Mindset

Scarcity or Abundance Mindset Online

This workshop will explore how to adopt an abundance mindset in order to preserve good mental health.

We all have to deal with multiple demands, frustrations, and pressures at home and in the workplace. At times, events conspire to make us feel anxious, sad or overwhelmed. We experience the sting of 'imposter syndrome', the weight of perfectionism and can feel trapped in mindsets which limit our productivity and happiness.  Truth is, it can be tough going!

BUT …we also have opportunities to feel purposeful, invigorated and excited. We can get satisfaction from our connections and activities, and yes, feel contentment and happiness.

The workshop will explore the case for striving to live with an abundant mindset. We will see that by being fully present,  intentional in your thoughts and actions, it is possible to  avoid ‘overwhelm’.  You will be encouraged to interupt your habitual thinking, pre-pave your day, and be your own best friend and advocate.

Together, we will investigate the importance of starting from a place of abundance not scarcity, so that we can improve our resilience, our motivation and our inner peace!
