Who Am I? Identifying Your Leadership Style

Who Am I? Identifying Your Leadership Style In-Person

"Part of the LJMU LEAD Programme - Leadership Enhancement and Development".

There is no single ‘correct’ way to lead others, but there will usually be a ‘right way for the right time’. This workshop is designed to provide participants with valuable insights into the various leadership styles that can be utilised, and how to adapt their approaches based on different situations and contexts. It will focus on helping participants recognise their own preferred leadership styles, and the impact of this style on their team's dynamics.

Through self-assessment tools, scenarios and exercises, participants will gain valuable insights into their strengths as leaders, enabling them to adapt their approach and style based on the specific situations they experience.

Key topics covered will include:

1. Understanding the fundamental principles and characteristics of different leadership styles

2. Recognising the impact of leadership styles on team dynamics, employee motivation, and engagement

3. Developing self-awareness about personal leadership styles and areas for growth

4. Learning to adapt leadership styles to different contexts and challenges
