Session 4 of 4. Please note, participants need to attend all 4 sessions
The Mentoring and Coaching Programme provides an introduction to and understanding of mentoring and coaching, models used in the process and the characteristics of the effective mentor/coach.
The Programme gives participants the opportunity to practise coaching and reflect on skills, gain an awareness of the benefits of mentoring and coaching and consideration of next steps to put the process into practice.
Participants should attend all 4 sessions (in chronological order) and are strongly encouraged to join the expanding pool of mentors at the University to support LJMU staff including new starters, Aurora participants and those applying for Readership and Professorship.
