Aim
The ILM Introduction programme focuses on developing the essential skills and abilities needed by a new manager.
Who is this programme for?
The programme is open to all staff interested in learning more about management, with no prerequisites of experience or position. It is particularly useful for those who are looking to advance their careers or who have management responsibilities but no formal training in the role.
What are the benefits?
The programme is certificated by ILM part of the City & Guilds Group. There are no coursework or study requirements, but participants must complete all three sessions. Please note, there is a registration fee for the Certification.
